About the Author

Graham Greene was a British novelist, short story writer, playwright, and screenwriter. He went on to write more than 20 novels, including Brighton Rock (1938),The Power and the Glory (1940),The Heart of the Matter (1948),and Our Man in Havana (1958). Greene also wrote numerous short stories, plays, and screenplays.

Greene died in 1991 at the age of 86. He is considered one of the most important writers of the 20th century, and his work continues to be read and enjoyed by millions of people around the world.
